Alpha Focus was founded in 1993 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Alpha Focus is a civil engineering company focusing on Bored Piling (Civil & Building) and RC Structure Works (Civil) and over the past 20 years, Alpha Focus has been involved in a wide range of projects including the construction of bridges, MRT stations, car parks and various others.
In 2003, Alpha Focus expanded its business to shores of Singapore. In the 10 years that Alpha Focus has been in Singapore, they have undertaken various projects that have required unique and cost-efficient solutioning.
By 2015, Alpha Focus grew and this time, ventured into Indonesia. There, Alpha Focus has begun to build its reputation, bringing clients the same standard and quality that Alpha Focus has continually provided to all its clienteles.
Alpha Focus has also ventured into machinery and equipment rental to provide clients a wide range of choices in boring rigs, crawler cranes and vibrodrivers. With a fleet of rigs, cranes and drivers ranging of different sizes Alpha Focus provides a rental service with operators. The machinery is constantly maintained and serviced by our own in-house team of specialised mechanics.
In keeping up with Alpha Focus’s vision to continuously push new boundaries, in 2015, Alpha became the sole agent of Casagrande and PTC in Malaysia and Indonesia. Casagrande a world-class manufacturer of drilling equipment: piling and drilling rigs, equipment for diaphragm walls, geothermal drill rigs and grouting plants. PTC is a world leading company specialised in the design and manufacturing of pile driving and soil improvement equipment.

Low Koon Heng Director
(Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia)
Low Koon Heng started his career in Civil Engineering in 1983 where he joined international firm Sato Kogyo Co Ltd in Singapore as a Project Engineer. Over the years he worked his way up the career ladder to become Project Manager by 1990 and eventually, General Manager (Civil) of Sato Kogyo Co, Ltd in Singapore by 1993. In 1995, he became the Director of Sato Kogyo, Malaysia before eventually leaving in 1996 to join Alpha Focus.
Low Ai Leen Admin & Account Manager
(Malaysia & Singapore)
Low Ai Leen first joined Alpha Focus in 1995. With extensive background knowledge in administration and accounts handling, Low Ai Leen was placed in charge of all admin and financial reporting for Alpha Focus. In 2007, she was appointed the admin and accounts manager for both Alpha Focus Malaysia and Singapore.
Lim Say Wei Senior Project Manager

Lim Say Wei graduated from University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He first started his career as a quantity surveyor in Singapore, eventually learning to handle both pre and post construction phases. In 2001, Lim Saw Wei joined Alpha Focus as a quantity surveyor cum site engineer and with his previous background furthered himself with site management and coordination. His commitment, experience and knowledge has helped him progress to become a Senior Project Manager at Alpha Focus.
Soong Chee Keong Director
(Singapore)
Soong Chee Keong graduated with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from National Central University, Taiwan. Upon his return to Malaysia, he started his career at Alpha Focus, Malaysia as a Project Engineer in 1996. In 2003, he was part of the pioneer team that set up Alpha Focus, Singapore where he helped lay the foundations to expand the company. His attention to detail and understanding behind the technicalities of engineering helped him to further his career where he is now the Director of Alpha Focus Singapore.
Nency Farida Director
(Indonesia)
Nency Farida graduated from University Indonesia with a degree in Law (S.H) and Masters in International Business Law (M.H.). Serving as a legal executive for Indocement Tunggal Perkasa, Nency Farida was part of the pioneer team to set up Alpha Focus Indonesia in 2015 where she now operates as the Director of the Indonesian branch.
Kok Toong Fatt Director
(Indonesia)
Kok Toong Fatt was part of the pioneer team to help set up Alpha Foucs Indonesia. Graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from University Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia Kok Toong Fatt worked at Bauer Technologies Far East where he progressed to become the Chief Representative of the Jakarta branch. It was there that he gained his comprehensive knowledge in the operations of machineries and procedures and with this extensive understanding and experience he joined the pioneer team to set up Alpha Focus Indonesia in 2015.
